1. About VITRIKART

VITRIKART is an online platform offering dental care products, dental disposables, and related consumables for sale to individual customers, dental practitioners, clinics, and authorized dealers/distributors.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are purchasing on behalf of a clinic, hospital, or business entity, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
VITRIMED reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, inactive, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Products and Pricing

All products listed on VITRIKART are subject to availability.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general information; we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that they are error-free.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

Placing an order on VITRIKART constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance and confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; you will be notified and refunded (where payment has been made) if an ordered item cannot be fulfilled.

6. Payments

All payments on VITRIKART are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Easebuzz Pvt Ltd.
We accept payments via the modes made available through Easebuzz, which may include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets.
VITRIKART does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials; these are collected and processed directly by Easebuzz in accordance with applicable RBI and data security guidelines.
By making a payment, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
In the event of a failed transaction where funds have been debited from your account but the order was not confirmed, please contact us with the transaction reference number for resolution.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe specified on the Website or order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, logistical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

8. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be raised before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

10. User Conduct
